When is a Biscuit a Cracker?

1. A small cake of shortened bread leavened with baking powder or soda.

A. A thin, crisp cracker.

Therefore, what is a cracker?

3. Offensive.
b. Used as a disparaging term for a white person.

In other words, when one calls himself a biscuit (or biscuits), it is just another term for a white man who disparages himself?
